Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in enterprise integration. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of enterprise applications and services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for enterprise integration projects.
- Analyse the applications, systems, understand the business requirements, and prepare functional/ requirement/ business specifications.
- Define and design workflows, use cases, and process maps to support integration initiatives.
- Develop use cases and user stories
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that integration solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, should have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, enhance efficiency, and address potential risks.
- Support project management teams by contributing to project planning, timelines, and reporting.
- Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for optimizing existing systems and processes.
- Should work closely with all the teams like business, end user, technical and delivery teams for all business requirements in the project.
- Performing integration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
- Excellent communication and managing the customer and partner teams
- Should be ready to travel to customer location on need-basis.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Tech, MBA or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise integration projects.
- Knowledge in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Salesforce, or similar tools will be added advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
