Technical Lead
Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using the MuleSoft platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various systems.

Responsibilities
  • Between 06-10 yrs. of experience in the service delivery projects using Mule ESB, JAVA, J2EE, spring framework, APIs, Web services (Rest and SOAP), XML, AWS, Azure cloud environments
  • Should have the excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer coordination skills
  • Must have implementation experience on Mule ESB, Java, J2EE, other ESB tools in at least 2-3 large projects.
  • Should have provided end to end integration architecture for at least 1-2 projects
  • Should have good technical knowledge on concepts in Mule ESB like Batch process, scatter gather, error handling process, SAP Idoc integration experience, database, large file, web-based solutions and advanced topics in MuleSoft
  • Should have implementation knowledge on JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SOA, JMS, XML, Webservices (Rest, SOAP) technologies, code version tools Jenkins, TeamCity, GIT hub, SVN, Maven and continuous Integration (CI) project experience
  • Good to have working experience on Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid project execution methodologies
  • Should have the multiple integration design patterns, should be able to design integration solutions according to the business requirements, should be able to provide estimations for the integration artefacts
  • Should have the skills to provide end to end solutions, define the standards, design the integration architecture, defining the deployment architecture
  • Working knowledge with databases Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
  • Must have experience in preparing the functional, technical, mapping specifications as per the business requirements
  • Should have working knowledge on disaster recovery, failover, clustering, sizing of Java, J2EE, Mule ESB/other ESB based solutions
Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of experience in Mule ESB, Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, XML, and cloud environments like AWS/Azure.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Mule ESB features (Batch Process, Scatter-Gather, SAP IDoc integration), Java, Spring, Hibernate, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, and GitHub.
  • Implementation of Mule ESB and other ESB tools in 2–3 large projects, with at least 1–2 end-to-end integration architecture designs.
  • Proficiency in databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and knowledge of disaster recovery, clustering, and failover solutions.
  • Ability to design integration solutions, define architecture standards, and provide estimations for integration artifacts.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, and experience preparing functional, technical, and mapping specifications.
