Priyanka Priya is a Lead Solutions Consultant at mindX360, helping clients architect and deliver enterprise solutions across integration, automation, and AI.
With over 10 years of experience across pre-sales, consulting, solution architecture, and delivery, she has worked extensively with MuleSoft, Salesforce, RPA, and Generative and Agentic AI technologies.
Most recently, Priyanka served as Integration Transformation Lead at Emaar in Dubai, where she owned enterprise integration architecture and led a multi-year API modernization programme.
Prior to that, she held key integration and transformation roles at Amagi, Accenture, HGS, and Hirecraft, earning recognitions including Spot Award, Rockstar Rookie, and Star Performer of the Year.
Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise integration. When programs encounter challenges in problem framing, stakeholder alignment, or delivery momentum, Priyanka is often the one who steps in to drive clarity, collaboration, and successful execution.
Originally from Jamshedpur, the steel city of eastern India, and now based in Hyderabad, Priyanka holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from Trident Academy of Technology.
She is currently pursuing MuleSoft Platform Architect certification as part of her journey into enterprise architecture and advanced integration leadership.
Outside of work, most of her time revolves around her energetic 3-year-old son, who, according to Priyanka, has successfully defeated every routine she has ever tried to architect.
