Responsibilities
💻 Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
☁️ Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
🔐 Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
🌐 Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, and operating system issues.
👥 Support employee onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
📦 Maintain IT assets, endpoint security, system updates, and coordinate with hardware vendors.
🎥 Support meeting room technology and office IT infrastructure.
🎥 Hands-on experience supporting 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙊𝙎 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, including device provisioning, troubleshooting, software deployment, user support, and device management using Jamf, is highly preferred.
Qualifications
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔/𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫?
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Jamf, networking, and endpoint security
✔ Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
