Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions across the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Design, develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Validation rules, Custom objects, meta data and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience on Salesforce Configuration & Customization using Objects, fields, record types, profiles, roles, permissions, reports and dashboards.
- Experience on Integrations between Salesforce and external applications with REST, SOAP, Platform events, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON/XML.
- Implementation knowledge on Chatbot, Case management, implementing Einstein/ Agent force, Workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including secure coding, version control, and CI/CD processes.
- Analyze issues and find the root cause, mitigate the issues, provide resolution approaches and implement, also make the team to understand the issues.
- Provide updates and SLA reports to the project manager as per the project timelines
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements/solutions to customer.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, utilities, and accelerators.
- Analyze, research and develop the Salesforce POCs and innovation initiatives.
- Contribute to Salesforce certification and learning programs, participate in technical trainings, technical assessments and coding exercises for new hires.
- Good to have the certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II and Salesforce Associate / AI Associate
