Salesforce Senior Consultant

We are seeking for a Senior Consultant who is responsible to drive the design, development, test and support of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent coding and customization skills, and the leadership ability to guide a team of developers and admins in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. You are required to implement and use an automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, and other best practices to help our clients achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Total experience between 06-10 years, having minimum of 4 years hands-on experience on Application Development and DevOps activities using Salesforce platform.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Manage the development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, code reviews, and deployment.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including secure coding, version control, and CI/CD processes.

• Understand the business functionality, optimize existing processes and develop innovative solutions for better efficiency and scalability.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (ex. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)

• Working experience on Agile/Scrum based projects.

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Familiarity with AppExchange products and managed packages

• Analyse issues and find the root cause, mitigate the issues, provide resolution approaches and implement, also make the team to understand the issues.

• Provide updates and SLA reports to the project manager as per the project timelines

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements/solutions to customer.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce stream.
